  1. Services

La Frizzantería provides a mobile bar service specializing in tap-served cocktails for private and corporate events. Our services include:

  • Private Events (weddings, parties, gatherings).
  • Corporate Events (brand activations, launches, networking).
  • Customized experience with cocktail options selected by the client.

We reserve the right to modify or update our services at any time without prior notice.

  1. Bookings & Payments
  • A 70% deposit is required to secure an event date.
  • The final payment must be completed on the event day before service begins.
  • The booking is only confirmed once the initial deposit is received.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until the deposit is processed.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations 30+ days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: No refund, but credit for a future event may be available, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, offering a rescheduling or refund.

  1. Service Conditions
  • Cocktail selection must be finalized at least 8 days before the event.
  • The client must provide a flat, safe, and accessible space for the bar setup.
  • La Frizzantería reserves the right to deny service to any guest who is excessively intoxicated or poses a security risk.
  1. Liability & Safety
  • La Frizzantería is not responsible for accidents, intoxication, or damages caused by alcohol consumption at the event.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that alcohol consumption complies with local laws and legal drinking age requirements.
  • We are not liable for weather conditions or external factors that may affect the event.
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of La Frizzantería and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or using our content without prior authorization is not permitted.

  1. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
