TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings & Payments

  • A 70% deposit is required to secure your date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on the event day, before service begins.
  • The booking is only confirmed once the initial payment is received.

Cancellations & Changes

  • If you cancel 30+ days before the event, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, we do not offer refunds but may provide credit for a future date, subject to availability.
  • Changes to your cocktail selection must be made up to 8 days before the event.

Our Service

  • La Frizzantería offers 4 tap-served cocktails, selected from our menu.
  • Service is provided for the time agreed upon in your booking (e.g., 4-5 hours for weddings).
  • The client is responsible for providing a flat and accessible space for the bar setup.

Liability & Safety

  • We are not responsible for guest overconsumption or intoxication.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone overly intoxicated, engaging in inappropriate behavior or posing a safety risk.
